Do you offer any guarantees on the artwork?

We stand behind the quality of our artwork and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with the final design, we'll work with you to make it right for a fee of £2.50

Can I request changes to the design during the process?

Yes, we welcome feedback and revisions to ensure that the final design meets your expectations. Our goal is to create a design that you love and are proud to display however if your art work has already begun on the original idea you sent over , a fee of £2.50 will be added if your wanting a completely new idea.
